These experiences integrate movement, mindfulness and stress reduction into a fun and interactive workshop. Classes are fully customizable and made purposefully for team building with large groups, or to be offered as a corporate benefit to your employees.
Educational, immersive talks and training on a range of topics from the importance of living in the present, the power of the breath, the benefits of a holistic lifestyle, or even the integration of mindfulness programs into the public school system. All talks include an interactive component that aligns with that topic.
